The Temple Hills Dolphins are making waves this summer — and we’re looking for swimmers ready to grow, compete, and have fun.
Open to swimmers ages 5–18, the Temple Hills Dolphins Swim Team offers a supportive and energetic environment where young athletes can build confidence, improve their swimming skills, stay active, and create lasting friendships throughout the summer season.
Whether your child is new to competitive swimming or already has experience in the water, our program is designed to help swimmers develop at every level.

Beginner-Friendly Environment
New to swim team? No problem.
We welcome beginner swimmers who are ready to learn, improve, and become part of a team-oriented atmosphere. Our developmental approach helps swimmers build strong fundamentals while gaining confidence in the water.
Competitive Opportunities
The Temple Hills Dolphins plan to participate in the Prince-Mont Swim League, giving swimmers the opportunity to compete throughout the summer season in organized Saturday meets against other local teams.
A Summer Experience for the Whole Family
Swim team is also a community experience for families. Parents will have opportunities to support the team throughout the season through volunteer participation, meet support, and team events.
